📄 Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing may vary based on final materials, design adjustments, and permit requirements. Written approval is required before we begin production.

💰 Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or installation. We accept credit cards, ACH, and business checks. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

🛠️ Production & Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from approved artwork and deposit. Expedited options are available for an additional fee. Production may be delayed due to material shortages, permitting delays, or weather conditions.

🚚 Delivery & Installation

We offer delivery and professional installation across Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Installation appointments require customer access to the job site. Additional fees may apply for after-hours, high-rise, or complex installs.

🧾 Permits

Permits are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We can assist with filing and processing for an additional fee.

🔧 Warranty

All signs come with a standard 1-year workmanship warranty. LED lighting and electrical components may have extended manufacturer warranties. Damage due to weather, vandalism, or customer handling is not covered.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled before production are eligible for a partial refund. Once materials are ordered or production begins, deposits are non-refundable.
